We are looking to hire a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team of financial advisors. Compensation: $48-60,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
This is a full-time position is based in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting various projects to enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in account management, and experience with customer relationship management tools. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality financial services. The client service coordinator is collaborative, servant leader member of our team, committed to helping our team to help our clients achieve their life goals and passions through financial planning

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records using Redtail and other technology systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet personal KPIs for quality, efficiency, completion, communication, and timelines enabling the team to meet client service standards.
  • Support the firm’s business growth, marketing, and client appreciation efforts including events, newsletters, team building, continuing education, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate paperwork timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the financial services or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
  • Familiarity with Redtail or other customer relationship management software is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates continuous learning and process improvement for a quick moving growing team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
